Red Devil Ventures began with a simple thesis: rental real estate, acquired carefully and managed closely, can be a durable way to build long-term wealth. Starting with a single property, we've grown methodically — property by property, market by market — into a portfolio of 20 rental units across nine properties spanning Louisiana, Texas, Florida, and other select markets.
We are not a large, anonymous fund. We are hands-on operators who underwrite every acquisition ourselves, manage our properties directly, and answer the phone when our investors call.

Steve Adler isn't a real estate investor because he was looking for an easy path—he built his business because he believes freedom is earned through hard work, calculated risk, and relentless persistence. While serving as a Fire Engineer with the City of San Diego Fire-Rescue Department for nearly two decades, Steve simultaneously built a real estate portfolio spanning multiple states by mastering creative financing strategies, raising private capital, and transforming underperforming properties into long-term wealth-building assets. His experience ranges from BRRRR projects and seller financing to subject-to acquisitions, DSCR financing, and value-add multifamily investments.
